Expanded problems

Expanded problems

Expanded problems are problems from past competitions which include not only the material from the competition (data, questions, solutions and mark-scheme) but also a detailed commentary on how to solve the problem, and suggestions for ‘taking it forward’ into a more general consideration of how language works (in other words, into the exploration of some small area of linguistics).

The following expanded problems are available:

Yolmo
Mokilese
Estonian
Danish
Japanese
