The UK Linguistics Olympiad is happy to announce the grade boundaries for the gold, silver and bronze awards for the Advanced competition. They are as follows:

Ü Gold: 71 or above. If you are at gold level you are in the top 7% of entries.

Ü Silver: 60-70. If you are at silver level you are in the top 20% of entries.

Ü Bronze: 49-59. if you are at bronze level you are in the top 40% of entries.

Feel free to share these with your students.

We're hoping that we will be able to post certificates recognising participation in the Advanced competition by 17 March. However, at this stage we cannot guarantee this.
